What do I need to do to claim?

To be eligible to submit a claim, Claimants must purchase a new Panasonic Quad Door Refrigerator model number NR-XY680LVKA or NR-XY680LVSA ("Eligible Products"), from any authorised retail outlet (either in-store or online) in Australia or redeemed through a point redemption program approved by the Promoter within the Purchase Period while stocks of Eligible Products last. Refurbished, second-hand Eligible Products or purchases made from non-approved retailers (either in-store or online) are excluded from this offer. A Claimant must have fully paid for the Eligible Product before they are eligible to submit a claim. To claim, a Claimant must then undertake the following steps:

• Connect to www.panasonic.com.au/fridgebonus then follow the prompts to the 2023 Panasonic Quad Door Refrigerator claim page.
• Log in to their My Panasonic account (or join My Panasonic) then complete, in full, the official online claim form including uploading a legible electronic copy of their purchase receipt showing the date of purchase, the refrigerator model purchased and a nil or zero balance and then
• Submit the online claim form during the Claim Period. The claimant will then receive an email from the Promoter confirming that their claim has been submitted and is subject to verification. Successful claimants will then receive a second email from the Promoter confirming their claim is valid. If during the claim process the Claimant chooses to mail or email their purchase receipt after submitting their online claim, they will be given a Claim ID online. Claimants must then during the Claim Period either:
• Write their Claim ID Number on a copy of their purchase receipt and post the copied purchase receipt in a stamped envelope to:

Is there an age limit on who can enter into this promotion?

Do I have to supply the original receipt?

No, we require that you send us a copy of your original receipt and retain the original for warranty purposes. The receipt is necessary for us to validate your purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for your entry will result in invalidation of your claim. Copied purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the promotional period but prior to entry. We also suggest that Registered Post is a great way to send in your claim to ensure delivery is received. In addition to mailing, you can upload an image of your receipt during the online claim process.

What happens once I′ve entered my claim?

We aim to validate your claim and order the cookbooks as quickly as possible, however please allow up to 8 weeks from the date we received your claim, to allow for processing & validation. Once you complete and submit the claim, we will email you a ‘Claim ID’. You can use this ‘Claim ID’ to track the progress of your claim.
